So what can we do with our students? This is the title of this blog, because this is what education, universities and my job as well, is all about. How do we provide a stimulating, challenging, enjoyable learning experience for our students as well as help equip them with the knowledge, skills and valid experiences to prepare them for life in the real world?
This blog won't provide all the answers, but I hope will raise a few questions, and help me think through some responses. I'm also interested in finding ways that online learning can contribute in a meaningful and effective way, not just by providing 'content' but in considering the broader strategies and approaches to tackling student learning issues.
So here we go...
